Vibe Drumbeats. Yoga & drumming. Sunday 10th Nov.
I’m super excited to offer this next workshop Vibe Drumbeats with the brilliant Carol Scorer. We’ll be gathering at The Club Room, Altyre on Sunday 10th November 4.30pm to explore our innate rhythm through yoga & drumming.
Enjoy the soft vinyasa to yin flow with a live drumming soundscape. We’ll break for delicious Gut Feelings Booch & Vibe Blondies (V,GF,SF) then get into an hour long drumming workshop.
All equipment is included but please bring your own yoga mat if you have one & a thick blanket.
