It’s a not for profit event and all money raised will go to a Palestine charity 🇵🇸
Main take away points.
🌊Car share where possible please 🙏
🌊We’ll meet at beach entrance at 8.30am or before, practice will start at 9am
🌊please wear layers - it can be chilly at that time in the morning - 🌅 you can always take a layer off
🌊optional dip after (but there’s zero pressure) if you want to bring a flask and enjoy a snack by the water - do that

Beach 🏝️ yoga fundraiser- this weekend 🌅🧡 weather is looking spot on! We’ve had dolphins 🐬 join us in the past on our usual spot. Come for the yoga, come for the optional dip after, come for the coffee. Bring a friend. We do one fundraiser every month but due to limited space I don’t advertise too often anymore BUT everyone is welcome to- it’s nice and early so you can have the rest of the day! X###
£5 to register and all money will be donated.

✨And trade it for CREATION instead….What if the true meaning was accepting darkness whilst going towards the light, what if it was creating communities that stand for something instead of everything, what if it was creating movement that feels good instead of boxed in, what if it was creating environments of support instead of division, what if groups of women came together and were so rooted in alignment for a better world that we started to BE the change we want to see.This is a practice of CREATION…. Not love and light. Let’s scrap that. It’s time to create the highest version of yourself and let that ripple…the time for change and coming together is round about….now. Let’s SCRAP love and light for community and change. empowering you Studio classes
