Professional Mental Health and Resilience Training

In 2012 we started off working with the MOD supporting Service personnel, their families and veterans some of whom were experiencing mental illness. We believe mental health starts with us so we spent the next 3 years training and supporting the Armed Forces and veteran’s communities delivering 2 day mental health first aid courses.

In 2015 we expanded and started to deliver half day mental health awareness courses to both the Armed Forces and other sectors. We currently offer half day mental health awareness courses, 2 day adult, armed forces and young people’s mental health first aid courses along with mental resilience training, safeguarding and schools cyber safety briefs.

Today we remain committed to improving mental health literacy and work with a wide range of organisations to make sure mental health doesn't just start with us but starts with you...….
