Today we celebrated Chinese New Year which is the year of the firehorse and hasn’t been celebrated for 60 years it symbolises Grace, Endurance, Loyalty, freedom and Success. Our residents enjoyed a lovely Chinese Chicken Curry.
We also celebrated Shrove Tuesday the final feast before the 40-day fasting season of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday with lovely pancakes topped with a variety of toppings.
