✨ A huge shout-out to our Seaham facilitator Sarah ✨

Sarah is such a kind, considerate and genuinely supportive presence within our group. She consistently goes above and beyond for every member, making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.

She also regularly attends and actively jumps in to help organise events, supporting and promoting Laura’s Ladies Club wherever she can — helping to spread the word and bring people together in such a meaningful way.

Her positivity is infectious and has really strengthened us as facilitators too — lifting the whole team just by being herself. She leads with empathy, strength, and a calm reassurance that makes a real difference. And she makes a great cup of coffee ☕

We’re really grateful for everything she brings to the group. Thank you, Sarah 💜

What a beautiful evening of connection, honesty, and support. It’s so special to see women in Seaham coming together, holding space for one another, and building genuine friendships through shared understanding.

Looking for a warm, welcoming place to drop in during the week? 💛

This morning, Laura’s ladies popped along to The Well at Christ Church, Seaham and had such a lovely time enjoying the space and the company 😊

They’re open every Tuesday & Thursday, 10am–1pm – and there’s something for everyone:

☕ Hot drinks & snacks (pay what you feel)
🛍️ People’s Pantry with free groceries
📚 Free book exchange
👶 Thursday “Church Mice” play area for little ones (0–3) & carers
🙏 Optional short communion service at 11:30am

Whether you fancy a cuppa, need a bit of extra support, or just want some good company – you’ll be made very welcome.
