💞I was privileged to attend a community support morning at Seaham Job Centre with the lovely Anja Urwin and make some lovely connections . There’s something truly powerful about reaching back and lifting others as we move forward. 💞
As a therapist, I’m often seen through one lens — but the truth is, I wear many hats. And one of the most fulfilling is being able to champion and support incredible spaces where connection, compassion, and community come first.
That’s why places like Laura's Ladies Club Seaham mean so much. ✨ A space built on genuine peer support, where no one has to explain too much — because you’re already understood. A place for a warm cuppa, a slice of cake,biscuits and a listening ear… and yes, a hug when you need it most. 🤗
It’s not about fixing. It’s about being. Being seen, being heard, and being held in a safe, supportive circle of women who get it.
To every woman reading this — please remember: You don’t have to do life alone. You are not too much. You are not a burden. And you are always welcome to reach out. 💕
Let’s continue to lift each other, support each other, and remind one another of the strength we carry — even on the days we don’t feel it.
