🌸 Reframing in Hypnobirthing is about shifting from:
“What if something goes wrong?” → “What if everything goes beautifully right?”
“I’m scared of the pain.” → “My body is strong and built for this.”
“I don’t know if I can.” → “I can, and I will.”

Just as Roger Bannister proved that limits are often illusions, you too can release the limits that fear and negativity place on your birth experience.

A very powerful tool in Hypnobirthing is the ability to reframe negative thoughts. This isn't about believing that if you put your mind to it your birth will go exactly how you envisioned, but instead creating space to allow for change and adapting to any curveballs your labour and birth may throw at you and managing it in a positive way 🤍

We can't control every aspect of our birth but we can control our mindset

Group B Strep (GBS) is a common and usually harmless bacteria carried by many adults. But during childbirth, it can sometimes cause infections in newborns.
In the UK, routine testing isn’t offered due to the bacteria being transient. GBS can sometimes be picked up if you were to have a high vaginal swab taken for another concern during pregnancy
