The Qigong and meditation sessions are going to be running again in Combeinteignhead village hall for three consecutive Tuesdays - 9th//12th/26th November, 7pm to 8.15. No need to attend all three sessions.

15 minutes of gentle movement and each week Kerry will lead a different mindfulness practice.

£5 a session towards village hall roof replacement fund - cash only.
