So many of the beliefs we hold about ourselves – “I’m not good enough,” “I’ll never change,” “I can’t cope” – are rooted deep in the subconscious mind. They often formed years ago, sometimes from just one experience or repeated messages we absorbed without question.

Hypnotherapy works by gently accessing this subconscious part of the mind, where these old patterns live. In this relaxed state, you’re more open to new perspectives, allowing you to question unhelpful beliefs and replace them with healthier, empowering ones.

Thank you to my lovely client for sharing this feedback with me recently. I have been a bit quiet on social media but have still been seeing lots of clients over the summer. I have also had lots of new clients that have been referred through word of mouth. The very best recommendation!
