Meet Bronwyn one of our fantastic activities support workers 💜
Hi, I’m Bronwyn :) I’ve worked at The Rainbow Care Group for about a year and a half as one of the support workers! Some of my favourite things about working at Rainbow include getting to know everyone on a personal level and learning about their life experiences (very interesting to hear as a 22 year old!). I also love to see the friendships that have been built, the taking part in fun or new activities, and the smiles and laughs that we all share. Knowing that I get to contribute to helping each person and their families is something that makes me really proud to work at Rainbow!

A little bit about me…My most favourite thing in the world is my dog Bruno (German Shepherd). I’ve recently finished my Master’s degree, which had a heavy focus on ageing and dementia - I’m very passionate about dementia! I also enjoy anything crafty, swimming, roller skating, baking, and spending time with my boyfriend, friends, and family.

Meet Joanne one of our fantastic day club supervisors 💜
Hi, I’m Joanne and have worked for the Rainbow Care Group for almost a year now!
I’m passionate about providing high quality, person-centred support that’s rooted in kindness and respect. I believe in creating a welcoming space where everyone feels valued and genuinely cared for—because every person deserves to be treated with compassion and understanding. I feel privileged to work in dementia care alongside individuals and their families, offering comfort and patience whilst providing opportunities to have some fun times and make new friendships. Every smile, story, and connection reminds me every day why I do this work. In my playtime I enjoy spending my days with my family, friends and fur baby - walking, baking and laughing.
