We are an established physiotherapy practice based right next to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield. The practice started over 30 years ago and has enjoyed a growing reputation for our clinical skills ever since. Our unique mix of clinical experience, advanced training and progressive treatment gives us reason to be confident that we can provide the specialist care you need. We have now gathered a team of expert clinicians and have expanded the services we offer - creating a one-stop centre of excellence for musculoskeletal medicine. No waiting lists or fruitless consultations, we would be happy to help.

Huge congratulations to Liz who is doing amazing on her rehab journey🤩 In July 2025 Liz underwent an elective total hip replacement following years of pain that was impacting her ability to run. Post- operatively she has been working closely with Mia as part of studio rehab sessions with the main focus on getting back running- something Liz made clear at the first session! Fast forward to four months later and she has just sumitted Skiddaw in Cumbria- 15,000 steps, 8km, 870m elevation!!! As the new year approaches we will update you with Liz’s progress on her return to running! Keep going Liz!!🏃🏼‍♀️

As some of you may know, we are passionate about ongoing learning. Last year our clinical director Johnny went back to Uni in London to study diagnostic ultrasound scanning. If you have been to the clinic or know Johnny, this has been a lot of work. In the summer Johnny graduated with Postgraduate Certificate (with distinction) and he’s now offering point of care ultrasound scanning (POCUS) appointments. He wasn’t able to make his graduation so we decided to throw him a surprise graduation party to celebrate this achievement. We’re really proud of you boss🎓✨

Huge congratulations to Alexa who after working relentlessly hard at her knee rehab, managed to complete a 14 mile hike around Petra, one of the seven wonders of the world. Alexa has been successfully managing a long term, degenerative knee condition through a combination of a hyaluronic acid injection and gym based rehabilitation with Sarah. Her commitment to rehab has really paid off having gone from struggling to walk, to running up a sand dune in Jordan- well done Alexa, keep up the great work!

When Ryan first game to see us he had been experiencing knee pain for 15 years! Part of Ryan’s assessment included diagnostic ultrasound allowing us to precisely structure his treatment plan which consisted of focussed shockwave therapy, strength and conditioning and return to running rehab. We are so pleased to see Ryan back on his feet and look forward to seeing his end result as he continues to work with Jon! 💪🏼

We're so proud of Rachel's achievement that we couldn't resist sharing it with you 😁

Under Sarah's guidance, Rachel has managed to successfully return to running twice. The first time was a couple of years ago, following surgery for a spinal fracture.

As if that wasn't enough to go though, she recently made her second comeback following treatment for breast cancer. She's even managed a 5km Race For Life!

Rachel's hard work and determination coupled with regular physiotherapy which has involved 'hands on' treatment, mobility and strength work has got Rachel to where she is today. We are continuing to work together to ensure she's fitter and stronger than ever!

Well done Rachel, it’s been a pleasure to work with you and an absolute inspiration 🌟

Norway for an ultra-sound guided injection conference 🇳🇴

They were able to further develop their specialist skills with teaching from world leading radiologists Jon Jacobson and Sandra Allison.
