Eclipse season can be destabilising, as it provokes mind and ego and the places we are ‘clinging on’. Literally ‘pulling the rug’ from beneath our feet. Where we are playing small, hiding from our true potential and avoiding the inevitable. It is the energy of movement, momentum and fire incinerating what’s no longer serving you, burning illusions and inviting you to ignite your inner fire and rise!

Spirit has told me the following:

Simplicity- clear everything you don’t need to be ‘doing’. One step at a time. Be still. Give yourself permission to rest.

Ground and Shield – This is vital in the lead up to the fire eclipse. If you are sensitive or feeling over stimulated, you MUST ground, we are an extension of Mother Earth, send the excess energy to her, GROUND. And come back to your own sovereign energy by calling your energy back. Take extra care to look after yourself.

Release the guilt, do not over explain. You are a priority. Wrap yourself in a golden silky robe of healing light and nurture yourself.

Create your own protection chamber and shield to protect yourself.

When we think of the term “channel,” most people immediately imagine guides, mediumship, or receiving messages from Spirit.

First, nothing is wrong with any of you. In a way, you’re exactly where you need to be on your journey, although I know it can feel disregulating and uncomfortable.

Sometimes when we feel unsettled, it’s not because we’re failing, it’s because something deeper is asking to be seen.
