Simply put, Shibashi Qigong, is a sequence of 18 flowing movements with elements of Tai chi which is practiced as a gentle energy movement exercise. The slow flowing movements help to stretch and strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance balance and coordination. Regular practice can lead to increased energy levels, better posture, and a greater range of motion. Moreover, it is a practice for all, seated or standing that offers a wide range of benefits for both body and mind. Whether you are looking to improve your physical health, reduce stress, or simply find a way to be more present in your daily life, Shibashi has something to offer.
