Dart with double floating arms with band
Floating arms with the band
Hamstring curls with ankle weights

I have a block space that’s become available in my Tuesday evening Pilates for healthy bones class. This is suitable for people with osteoporosis & anyone who wants to build bone density. First trial class is £10 & then it’s £8.50 a class booked in blocks of 4. Class size is limited to 8 people so you get lots of guidance & focus on form.
