Earth Rites has been founded to encompass the work of Gareth Hughes (Crystal Whisperer) and Stephen Monk (Monk Therapies)

Working together and separately they are able to offer spiritual and mental wellbeing to the highest of standards with integrity and love.

Stephen has been an Integrative Therapist since 2007, using Pyschotherapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, Shamanism, Reiki and Rahanni to name a few to help bring about transformational change in the clients he works with. He has a particular passion for Past and Interlife regression.

Gareth started by leading healing and relaxation meditations back in 2002 before qualifying as a Crystal Therapist in 2006. In 2012 he started offering Shamanic Healing having trained in both the UK and South America (Peru & Brazil)
