I offer small, supportive Iyengar yoga classes at the Belhaven Surf Centre to help you move safely and effectively on and off the mat! My classes offer a calm, structured approach to building strength and flexibility; leaving you feeling calmer and more relaxed.

* A gentle seated start to ground the body and tune into your breath
* A mixture of standing, seated and lying poses.
* Clear, detailed instruction and hands on adjustments
* Use of props
