A BIG thank you to all who came to our Festive Christmas Soirree last night. It was wonderful to see so many of you. There was lots of laughs, smiles, Christmas shopping, getting merry from a few proseccos and mulled wine, bauble painting and more. A small glimpse into our phenomenal November. What a month! From busy clinic days, to conferences, training, teaching, new devices and festivities beginning the month has been a blast. All rounded off with a wonderful Christmas meal celebrating with the team before December starts. Who’s looking forward to our festive month full of fun to end the year on ? We can’t wait !

All set up for next week’s Pilates classes with mats, rings, resistance bands and pilates ball. Join us for our mat pilates classes in Studio One every week on Mondays and Thursdays. All our studio classes are an hour long and £10 per session pay as you go. Class passes available aswell as memberships alongside our reformer pilates sessions.
