Our First Responders are trained to deliver high quality and effective enhanced first aid care incase of any emergency.

All hold either FPOS or FREC qualifications and receive regular ongoing training to ensure they remain up to date and compliant.

We carry Oxygen, Airways and Defibrillators as well as Entonox in some cases where required.

Our community support teams have been at various festive community gatherings around East Shrops and South Staffs this weekend in Ironbridge, Shifnal and Pattingham.

We've also supported the annual 9 Locks Challenge 10k in Stourbridge.

One of our three defibrillators is back to full strength again today after a new battery and pads arrived from our suppliers.

Each time we replace these on our defib units it costs between £200 - £300 (Between £600 - £900 for all 3)!

Any surplus we make throughout the year from our work is put back into replacing and maintaining our vital equipment.
