December Energy: A little Tracy memo to honour your feelings this month.
Happy 1st of December to you all🎄
As we step into this final month of the year, I’m feeling called to remind you that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s sacred. December can be intense with its swirling energies of completion, celebration, and expectation. But what if we chose to move through it differently this year?
This is your permission slip to prioritize your own energy field as much as you care for everyone else’s.
December can also be deeply emotional. For some, grief rises up during this season—memories of loved ones, reflections on what was lost, or the weight of what didn’t unfold as we’d hoped. I’m here to say: it’s okay to feel it all. Take a break, make yourself a cuppa, and just sit and breathe. Allow those moments to be felt, to move through you, so they can surrender and release. Emotions aren’t meant to be pushed down—they’re meant to be honoured.
My Top 3 Tips for Keeping Your Energy Calm & Aligned This Month:
1. Create Sacred Pauses Even just 5 minutes a day to close your eyes, place your hand on your heart, and simply breathe. Let your nervous system know it’s safe to soften. These micro-moments of stillness are where your energy recalibrates.
2. Set Energetic Boundaries with Love You don’t have to say yes to every invitation, expectation, or energy that comes your way. Practice the phrase: “That doesn’t feel aligned for me right now.” Your crown chakra will thank you for protecting your peace.
3. Ground Yourself When Emotions or Anxiety Rise When you feel overwhelmed, place both feet firmly on the floor, place one hand on your heart and one on your belly, and take three deep breaths. This simple practice tells your body you’re safe and brings you back to the present moment. Let the earth hold you.
Remember: You can’t pour from an empty vessel.
