There are days when I don’t feel like practicing yoga. But, I know these are the days when I need yoga the most, and I always feel amazing afterwards! 💫☺️🕉️

We don't have to wait to feel motivated. Instead, take action, get on the mat 🧘🏻‍♀️, and this will create our motivation 🙏🏻

Yoga helps my nervous system settle, and my mind become still.
Life feels smoother, easier, and I’m far more effective when I make space for it.

So I remind myself, giving time to yoga makes everything else more manageable.
I may not always feel like doing it, but I never regret it once I’m done.🌿✨🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️🕉️♥️🌱

Do your hips ever feel tight, achy, or just a bit stuck? You’re not alone, most of us carry so much tension there without even realising it.
In my Iyengar Yoga classes, we take time to really understand how the hips work, by using props, correct alignment, and my mindful sequence to bring balance, space, and strength back into this vital area.
✨ When your hips are aligned, everything else starts to flow more easily, from your lower back to your knees and even your posture.
Each class is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Together, we’ll explore safe, supported ways to open and strengthen the hips, helping you move with more comfort and freedom in daily life.

⭐️ strengthens the legs and the muscles around the abdomen, back and pelvis (core), by engaging the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, and calves, and activates the abdominal muscles and obliques to maintain the twist and balance.
⭐️ Improves spinal flexibility and mobility. The twist lengthens and decompresses the spine, and enhances rotational mobility of the thoracic spine.
⭐️ Stimulates digestion and detoxification. The abdominal twist massages internal organs (like liver, kidneys, intestines)and can help in improving digestion and elimination.
⭐️ Opens the chest and shoulders, which helps counteract slouching and poor posture.
⭐️ Improves breathing by opening the rib cage and diaphragm.
⭐️ Improves balance and coordination
⭐️ Requires focus and awareness of body alignment.
