Do your hips ever feel tight, achy, or just a bit stuck? You’re not alone, most of us carry so much tension there without even realising it.
In my Iyengar Yoga classes, we take time to really understand how the hips work, by using props, correct alignment, and my mindful sequence to bring balance, space, and strength back into this vital area.
✨ When your hips are aligned, everything else starts to flow more easily, from your lower back to your knees and even your posture.
Each class is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Together, we’ll explore safe, supported ways to open and strengthen the hips, helping you move with more comfort and freedom in daily life.
