πͺ Monday Morning Physique Update! πͺ
I never really do these anymore, but as Iβve been focusing on myself a little moreβclean eating & just 2x per week, 30-minute workoutsβI thought Iβd share an update!
β¨ 11 months postpartum β¨
βοΈ Clean eating most of the time
βοΈ 2x per week light exercise (nothing too intense!)
βοΈ Still tandem feeding, so energy levels are a balancing act! π
πΈ Comparison pics are from 6 weeks PP & Iβm happy with my progress! Now, Iβd love to build a little more shape in my legs & glutes, so Iβll be incorporating more weights while listening to my body.
A little reminder to all the mamasβprogress is progress, no matter how slow! π Balance, nourishment & movement that feels good!
