Sleep struggles don’t mean you’ve done something wrong.

Sleep deprivation doesn’t just affect nights. It can seep into your emotions, confidence, patience, and how you feel about yourself as a mum. Feeling snappy, tearful, or unsure doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re exhausted.

Gentle, responsive support can make this season feel less overwhelming. You don’t need rigid rules or to change everything at once. Feeling held, heard, and supported often brings clarity and steadiness back.

Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day 💖

If you’re navigating broken nights, early wakes, bedtime battles or simply finding life heavy right now… and surviving on lukewarm coffee — this one’s for you.

I’m gifting a Costa voucher to one parent who could really do with a proper warm drink on me ☕️

Because sleep deprivation is heavy.
And sometimes a small gesture can make the week feel a little softer.

To enter:
• Like this post.
• Comment with a 💖 and/or tag someone you think deserves a coffee.
• Share to your stories if you’d like to pass the kindness on.

I’ll choose someone this evening.

And if sleep is feeling relentless right now, you don’t have to carry it alone. My inbox is open if you’d like calm, realistic support.

You deserve rest — and a hot coffee. 💖

If nights are stretching you thin, this is for you 💖

Upcoming drop-ins:
Tuesday 23rd February — The Pedro Lounge, Bromley

If you’re exhausted from short naps, broken nights or bedtimes that feel like a battle — and you’re quietly wondering whether it’s meant to feel this hard — you don’t have to just ride it out.

My infant sleep drop-ins are a space to ask questions, talk things through and get gentle, responsive guidance that actually makes sense for your little one and your family.

No cry it out.
No judgement.
No pressure.

Just clear, realistic support.

I’m a certified infant sleep coach, experienced paediatric nurse and mum of four, and I run The Sleep & Wellness Nest. My approach is family-centred and responsive — we work with your child’s temperament, your values, and what feels manageable in real life.

You’ll leave with practical next steps you can actually use — not a rigid routine that doesn’t fit your world.

Save this, share it with a local parent who needs it, or send me a message if you’d like some sleep support.

If you can’t attend, feel free to send me a DM instead.

You don’t have to keep pushing through on empty 🤍
I’d love to see you there 💖

If I could sit beside the version of me who was up at 2am, googling, doubting, bracing for another broken night… I wouldn’t give her a schedule.

I’d give her reassurance.

I truly believed sleep was something I had to get right. That if my baby wasn’t sleeping, I must have missed something. Done something wrong. Not been consistent enough. Not been strong enough.

What I know now — as a mum of four and a sleep coach — is that so much of baby sleep is developmental. Night waking is normal. Needing support is normal. Wanting you is normal.

The shift for me wasn’t a trick or a perfect routine.

It was understanding what was biologically realistic.

That understanding softened everything.
It quietened the guilt.
It steadied my nervous system.
It helped me respond instead of panic.

And when I felt calmer, sleep felt calmer too.

If you’re in the thick of it, you’re not failing.
You’re navigating something that was never meant to be done alone.

Which part of this feels most like you right now? 💖

If you’re tired of navigating this alone, I’m booking discovery calls this week. Message me and I’ll send you the link. I’d love to help you feel clearer, calmer and more confident around your little one’s sleep.

If you’ve been meaning to get local infant sleep support but keep putting it off — this is your nudge 🤍

Are you exhausted from unpredictable naps, broken nights or bedtimes that feel like a battle — and quietly wondering if it’s meant to feel this hard?

I’m now running my infant sleep drop-ins at an additional Bromley venue.

📍 Pedro Lounge, Bromley
📅 Tuesday 24th February
⏰ 10.30–11.30am

I’m Jacqui — certified infant sleep coach, experienced paediatric nurse and mum of four — and I run The Sleep & Wellness Nest.

My approach is gentle, responsive and family-centred. No cry it out. No pressure. Just calm, realistic guidance that works with your baby — not against them.

At a drop-in you’ll:
• Get personalised, age-appropriate advice
• Understand what’s normal and what can shift
• Leave with clear next steps
• Feel less alone in it

It’s free. It’s relaxed. And it could be the turning point you’ve been needing.

Save this, share it with a local parent who needs it, or send me a message if you’re planning to come — I’d love to see you there 💖

You don’t need more tips.
You need something that feels steady.

When you’re up at night for the fourth time, it’s rarely about not knowing enough. It’s about how heavy everything feels when you’re running on empty.

I created The Sleep & Wellness Nest because sleep affects more than just nights. It touches your mood, your confidence, your relationship, your nervous system.

I wanted a space that feels calm.
Where you can ask questions without judgement.
Where support doesn’t mean pressure.
Where you feel held while you figure out what works for your child.

Sleep is practical, yes.
But it’s also deeply emotional.

If sleep feels heavier than you expected right now, what’s the part that’s draining you most?

I read every comment, and I’m always in my messages 🤍

Imagine evenings where you’re not counting the hours of broken sleep ahead.

More rest often brings more patience, more headspace, and more joy in the day. It doesn’t mean perfect sleep, just sleep that feels manageable.

The Calm Nest is here for tired mums who want support without judgement, pressure, or overwhelm.

You don’t need a full overhaul to see change.

Sometimes it’s one small adjustment, a bit of reassurance, or having someone talk things through with you that makes the biggest difference.

The Calm Nest gives you access to daily support and a small community who truly get it, so you’re not lying awake googling at 3am wondering what you’re doing wrong.

If you’re worried sleep support means leaving your baby to cry, pause right here.

The Calm Nest isn’t about rigid rules or pushing you to do anything that doesn’t feel right. It’s about understanding your child, supporting them gently, and helping you feel more confident in your choices.

More rest doesn’t just mean better nights. It often means calmer days, clearer thinking, and feeling more like yourself again.
