Reasons new year resolutions are so hard to keep....
You rely on willpower instead of your unconscious mind…
Your goals are vague and you have no plan for the days when you don't feel energised about them…
You try to change everything all at once and it's overwhelming....
You never deal with the emotions driving your habits…
And you don’t shift your identity — which is the most powerful part.
