Great to see my good friend its always nice to hear about new products he is working with, I have been using for a couple of years now and would never go back!

All the products are 100% natural and the benefits are unreal! 👌

Im currently using Shilijit resin, ashwaganda and lions main, a real power combo, my focus is unbelievable, my strength is good, my sleep and overall health is balanced and better than ever.

THE BIG ONE!🔥

This challenge is one that has been on my mind for some time, me and the canal have some unfinished buisness, when I started my journey I spent alot of time alone on the canals running and walking, in a strange way I feel at piece on the canal! 🤣🙌

Sports and boxing has given me so much and this challenge is a small way of giving something back!

I will be walking from Liverpool to Leeds on the canal on Thursday 11th of June and completing the 127 miles on Saturday!

This is going to be a real test of resilience and strength but I love a challenge, I will be doing the walk supporting giving you the opportunity to shine through sport!

I will also be continuing to support our for ever growing community Boxing Club!

I dont expect many to do to the full walk but please show your support and do what you can!

came on board to do all our club merch and registerd their interest to work on the Clash in Craven, they designed our sponsored shirts for the event which looked absolutely spot on! 👌

They also did all our sponsors banners which really brought the event to life and recognised the support we have had from other businesses within our community!
