👣 A lovely client and a lovely general foot care appointment, nail cut and file, any hard skin reduced and a lovely moisturised foot massage at the end.

Even though the weather is getting colder as we welcome October, and we will all be in socks or slippers, we must not forget to take care of our feet over the colder months.

We can start dealing with:
👣fungus so they are better for summer,
👣getting on top of the hard skin ready for sandal weather.
👣keeping nails trimmed and looking good
👣 dealing with painful corns
👣getting to work on them pesky verrucas
👣 keeping on eye on foot health for everyone, but especially if you are diabetic.

So please, don't waiting until May to start the work, let get it done.

🍂 Good morning!

As promised, my updated availability for SEPTEMBER!
I only have 15 appts left (as I write this)

So please, if you are starting to feel any pain, or slight niggle in your feet, soles, toes (your flipflops/sandals take alot out of your feet).

If you are pre or diabetic, please get your feet looked at and checked regularly.

If your feet are just getting too far out of reach, resulting in slightly longer nails. Then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I am a fully qualified, insured, and DBS checked foot health practitioner. I come to your home so as the weather changes, you can stay snug at home.

The 'ber months have arrived.

Who loves autumn? I have to say it is my favourite season, with the change of colours and the crispy air, but I always look forward to spring arriving back.

With us getting our thick socks out, it is not the time to neglect our feet. We still need regular checks, especially if pre - or diabetic.
Reduce Callus. Keep nails trimmed, keeping up with fungus or verruca treatments

So if you do require an appointment to keep your feet winter ready, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Happy Monday!!

I'm back to work today after a lovely week off in Italy, not going to lie, the alarm was a shock this morning, but ready to see you all again and meet some lovely new clients.
