This class is right on your doorstep every Thursday evening.
1 hr of pure fitness with an amazing playlist. All your faves will be in there.
You dont need any dance experience, you can be any age over 16 and if you if you have song request just let us know.

One thing that makes our classes amazing is the playlist. You’ll be singing your head off all the way through.

Yoga is just the best way to start a day, a week, a month. Nothing hits better than tranquil with a hint a of strength and a dose of stretch.

Our yoga sessions will soon be available to do on line at home. Give us a wave if you want to know more or be kept in the loop.

The best fitness class in the world. There I said it- truth.

What some members achieved this year -
