🌼🐣 Take a look at what we got up to over Easter! 🐣🌼

We had an amazing time delivering our inclusive Easter sports games – including a fun-filled round of Easter Bingo! 🎉

Participants split into teams, worked together, and supported one another to achieve their objectives. It was fantastic to see so much teamwork, laughter, and positivity throughout the sessions 💪😊

These activities were designed for adults with disabilities and those experiencing mental health challenges, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and active environment for everyone involved.

We’re excited to share what we’ve been up to recently! 🎉

Over the past few weeks, we have been delivering sport sessions designed to improve mental health and reduce isolation among adults in our community. Our sessions focus on fun, inclusive activities where everyone can get involved.

Taking part in sport and physical activity is not only great for physical health, but it also has huge benefits for mental wellbeing. Socialising, meeting new people, and being part of a supportive group can help boost mood, build confidence, and reduce feelings of loneliness.

It has been fantastic to see participants connecting with others, enjoying themselves, and leaving sessions feeling more positive and energised.

With the support of Sport England we are proud to deliver dedicated activity sessions for young carers — giving them the chance to relax, have fun and take time for themselves

Our sessions provide a safe, supportive space where young carers can switch off from their responsibilities, build confidence and simply have time to enjoy themselves.

Activities include:
🎾 Tennis
⚽ Football
🏀 Basketball
🎱 Pool
🏒 Air hockey
…and so much more!

We’re passionate about creating positive experiences, encouraging wellbeing and making every session something to look forward to.

As we step into a new year, we’re proud to continue making a positive difference in people’s lives 💙 Over the past months, we’ve been delivering inclusive sports games and activities designed to reduce isolation for adults with disabilities and those facing mental health challenges.

Our sport sessions help to bring people together — creating opportunities to socialise, build confidence, and stay active in a fun and supportive environment. Our team has been visiting schools across the Birmingham area, delivering racket-skill sessions in SEND PE—and what an amazing journey it’s been!

We’ve seen students picking up rackets with excitement, trying new challenges, and celebrating every success… big or small. And the best part?
✨ 60% of the children told us they feel more confident in their racket-sport skills after taking part in our sessions!
⭐️ Engagement over 6 weeks was up 27%

From rally games to movement challenges, the energy, laughter, and determination in every session have been incredible. These young athletes are proving that sport is for everyone—and confidence grows when we play, learn, and have fun together.

This week we delivered SEND sport sessions to 90 incredible children—and every single moment was about fun for everyone. 🏅💜

Our sessions are designed so that every child, whatever their ability, can join in, and feel the joy of moving together. From laughter-filled games to new skills and confidence boosts, the energy was amazing! They really enjoyed the inclusive tennis as well as a range of inclusive multi sport games.

A big thank you LTA - Tennis For Britain and for your support and helping create an inclusive space. Here’s to even more fun next week! 🎉

We’re excited to launch our new inclusive schools programme across Birmingham! 🏫⚽🎾

The aim?
✔️ Get more of the whole class engaged in sport
✔️ Support staff to adapt activities for all abilities
✔️ Help every child appreciate the physical, social and emotional benefits of PE

It’s about creating a more inclusive, active school environment — where everyone can enjoy sport together.

🎯 Teamwork, Skills & Smiles! 🤝🏐

Today’s session was all about teamwork and fun as everyone paired up to take on a fast-paced throwing and catching challenge! Each duo worked together to score as many points as they could — building not just their coordination and sporting ability, but also confidence, communication, and social skills. 🙌

Brilliant energy, lots of laughter, and a great reminder of the power of sport to bring people together 💬❤️

Tennis 🎾

We enjoyed a variety of tennis games today, focusing on skill development and teamwork. Following our skills challenge, we played an adapted version called floor tennis. It was very fun, and we celebrated our achievements. We also learned the scoring system for tennis 🙌🏻🎾

May half term camps updates ⭐️

As the May half term camps come to an end. Have a look below at all the great fun we had.

Our amazing coaches delivered a range of different sports and games for the children. They played hockey, tennis, dodgeball, cricket and lots more🎾. They were constantly active and having fun, it was amazing to see the teamwork!

Thank you to BRAMA and Sport England for your support ⭐️ Your support enables us to engage young people in sports, which is important as sport can have a positive impact on their physical and mental health.
