I know how much breathwork has changed my life, but when I hear how much it can do for others in a one hour session - nothing makes my day more!

Receiving this message and hearing how much one session helped this lady’s sleep - blows me away every time.

How can I be so happy in a bath full of ice?! 🧊🧊🧊 (Valid question.)

Because cold does some pretty magical things…

⚡️ A boost in energy and mental clarity.

💛 Mood lift (many people feel calmer and more positive afterwards).

🔥 Nervous system reset – learning to stay calm under stress.

It’s not so much about always loving the cold. It’s about how you feel after you’ve done it… and the feeling that stays with you for the rest of the day ✨

If you’re feeling it today, try a few deep breaths, some gentle stretching or movement, fresh air, or a quiet moment to reset. Even small things help.

Anyone else struggle with New Year’s resolutions? 😬

I’ve always found them hard and pretty pointless as I break them by the time it gets to February!

What changed for me with the Wim Hof Method was the power of the mind element, which really helped me form simple habits instead of giving up – along with the fact I don’t need to commit too much time… 15 minutes breathing in the morning, 2 mins cold shower, and I’m set up for the day!

No huge fitness regimes, no hours of meditating… just simple, effective tools I can use throughout the year to keep everything in balance when life’s challenges come up.

If you’ve already given up on your resolutions and fancy trying something different as we move further into 2026, feel free to message me. I’ve got a few workshops coming up, along with some regular, calming one hour breathwork sessions 🤍
