✨ A relaxed conversation about women’s safety and confidence in public spaces
✨ Healthy refreshments and to connect with other women in the community

Charlotte has been coming to Thursday’s LBT but fancied a try at something new so came today to VIBE CYCLE

She was so glad she tried something new and really enjoyed it.

So even if you are in great work out routine and know what to do. It’s okay to go and try something new you might even surprise yourself 😁
