How can you support your hormonal fluctuations?

The Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage (Best to start of with 30 minutes then upgrade to 45 next time) is not a deep massage at all if anything it is gentle and please note this is not a body sculpting treatment either - the gut and stomach area is sometimes called the second brain and everything we eat and drink good or bad gets processed here - throw hormone fluctuations on top this can make this area and the pelvic area stagnant
By adding regular sessions of manual lymphatic drainage and adjusting your lifestyle too this can help aid your symptoms. It is not a quick fix it’s about maintenance **Please do not book this if you have any undiagnosed fluid retention or have heart/kidney or liver conditions or have cancer/are pregnant/lipedema or Lymphedema as this requires specific insurance/qualifications**

Did you know that they call the stomach area - your gut the second brain. The lymphatic system within the stomach area has a lot to deal with this includes everything we eat and drink which is not always the most healthiest especially when we are always in the go. Throw hormones (including male hormone fluctuations - yes they do exist) into the mix the stomach and pelvic area have a lot to cope with - if you put any kind of inflammation on top of this it - it can cause stagnant lymphatic ducts
A Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage might help to ease some of the symptoms the above things cause
