Loved giving out a 3 & half stone award, 2 stone today in group. We shared about drink swaps , low syn mash Tesco fir a quick meal , podcast sisters losing 22 stone through the tough times , , eating healthy

Twas 6 weeks till Christmas 🎄, and all through the town,
Ex slimming world members, we’re starting to frown 🤨,
Oh why did I do it, oh why did I lapse 🤷🏼‍♀️
I’ll give Julie a call 📞 , and maybe perhaps,
She’ll welcome me back, with arms open wide 🫂
And help me lose weight,so I don’t have to hide 🫣
Then up from the roof tops, there came such a shout 📣
“Of course you can come back, of that there’s no doubt”
JULIE was swinging from the chimney above,
To shower all members, with much Christmas love ❤️
Shouting “I CAN HELP! I CAN HELP! Just come back to group”
Back to free foods, likes stews and soup 🥣 diet cola chicken so yummy and filling
With healthy extras and syns, how can you fail?
It really doesn’t matter, if you have slipped off the rail,
So I’ll see you in group, so you can get back in the swing,
And we can party 🎉 till xmas, and let the bells 🔔 ring.

🤠 Yee-haw! Cowboy Pie rode into the kitchen tonight!
Layered up with minced beef, beans, beans and more beans 🤣 + paprika for a smoky sunset vibe 🌅
Topped with golden sliced potatoes — and not a syn in sight! 👀

Made a double batch because future-me deserves good food too 🙌🥰
Lunch & dinner, tonight and tomorrow: sorted! ✅

Last nights dinner 😍
