Last month my habit stack challenge was to eat... I would say that I achieved it 80% of the time and on those days I felt more energetic, focused and slept better. Now who wouldn't want to feel like that? I even managed to incorporate some exercise πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜…

Had a lovely day shopping and pre birthday lunch with my aunt and mammy. I rarely eat bread so had chicken salad on freshly baked white bread and an indulgent hazelnut hot chocolate and no cake, not that it was needed πŸ˜‹ Now time to put my feet up and burn 86kcals, drinking my herbalife lemon tea πŸ‹ 🍡 (yes my Christmas tree is still up 🀭)

Feeling slightly (wo)man down 🀧 hoping it's just the perils of catching-up at work after 2 weeks off πŸ™ So a bit off track today but I know I am fueling my body in the right way with the vitamins and nutrients it needs πŸ’― Tomorrow is another day AND it takes 21 days to form a new habit, so bring it on πŸ’ͺπŸŒΏπŸ’š

Day 1 of my habit stack and I stacked quite a few 🫑
Remembering to eat was made easier by using a. my products and b. being prepared. Also, it was my 1st day back at work, after 2 weeks, so preparing the night before really helped πŸ’―
After a great 1st day (apart from the 🍰😈), I am feeling much more positive and all prepared for the next day ahead πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸŒΏπŸ’š human

Yes, thats right πŸ’―
Most days i've survived off tea, biscuits, coffee, cake, chocolates and crisps (not all in 1 day) and no real food. Due to personal stress, I either can't be bothered or eat an above quick fix because my body is screaming for just something πŸ˜’
There's no wonder why I feel tired, low, emotional, withdrawn and just generally a bit meh but it's time for change and to reintroduce myself into an old habit of a healthier, happier me πŸ˜πŸ’šπŸŒΏ
