How do we still have a full week of January left?! Normally January flies for me but speaking to lots of people, I think it’s all the weird weather recently? I feel like we have had a few seasons in a few weeks 💨💦☀️🌨️

Hello! It’s certainly been a while since, a) I have posted or b) I’ve introduced myself:

✨ I’m Celia, mum of two boys who already eat us out of house and home 😂
✨ I originally trained as a level 5 sports massage therapist but realising the “fix/help” was deeper. I trained further with pilates in order to try access things earlier on
✨although my speciality is pilates and I don’t necessarily provide these services now , the learning and knowledge these courses have given me is enormous -

- dry needling
-sports massage
-lymphatic drainage
- myofascial lines (Thomas Myers)

✨Is my favourite food Mexican, or Thai, or a full on ? Who knows! What’s yours? 😉

Classes are back on!🎉

After a long summer break going home to Zambia 🇿🇲 to see my family, I’m finally back and teaching 🎉

Classes and privates are up and bookable from now til mid October (half term) and spaces are running out fast. Link in bio to booking page 💛

Huge apologies if I have missed a communication from you … Wi-Fi was super limited in zambia and as well as sorting out mounds of washing to put away, I’m desperately going through all portals to get back to you. Thank you for your patience 🙏🏼

It’s been wonderful to see my lovely clients, catch up and regain our routine.
I also have aircon, so DM me if you want have a cool, refreshing pilates class and also leave feeling challenged and rejuvenated 🙌🏼 (pretty epic)

Hello and happy Sunday! I have massively been MIA, the past two weeks have been super difficult for me personally

I’ve been back to my homeland 🇿🇲 and it was emotional and beautiful. It’s the first time all my siblings and mum have been together for perhaps 10 years!

After getting back from zambia I have mainly slept 💤and today was a rest day but tomorrow I’m back on it 🙌🏼

This has totally slayed my week of admin, but that’s tomorrows job! So if you are awaiting any communication from me, it’s coming then!
