Meet Darryl. What a LEGEND 💪🏼
When Darryl first came to me, he was ready to get fit after his weight had crept up through working from home.
Despite eating fairly healthy main meals, Darryl was a snacker. Chocolate, crisps, bread and butter… like most people, he didn’t realise the damage those in between bits were doing.
A few simple tweaks were made, and he fully committed to the process.
Fast forward to now…
Even with holidays, life, and a few bouts of illness, Darryl has stayed consistent and built strong habits that are now part of who he is.
His goal?
To be fitter, healthier and properly enjoy his early retirement with energy, confidence and no limitations.
Goal achieved 🫡
From 39.9% body fat (obese range) to 25.7% and counting, this didn’t come from extremes, it came from showing up and doing the work.
Darryl says:
“It takes time, but keep pushing and results will come.”
