Feet are a very important part of your body and probably the most neglected. Spend a little time working a moisturizing cream into your feet after your shower or before bed. As you rub the cream into your feet you are also giving them a massage and stimulating the reflexes which can relax you and help your general wellbeing. If you can use a magnesium moisturiser, which is a good way for the body to absorb this mineral, before bed as it can help you sleep.
Regular reflexology treatments are so good for you.

Happy Easter everyone

With some normality easing back into our lives I’m happy to share the news that I’ll be opening my treatment room for business again on Monday 26 April. It looks like I can do my mobile visits as well but that has still to be confirmed.

Some reflexology indulgence to ease any health issues, stress, depression or as a lovely relaxing pamper treatment will be a good way to getting back to normal living.

My appointment diary is open so if you would like to pm me, phone, email or text me please feel free to book that appointment.

Welcome news that everything is slowly returning to a kind of normal again.
It looks like reflexology can commence 22nd July but because there has been some controversy over this I have decided to wait a bit longer and plan to start treatments from Monday 3rd August.
So feel free to contact me for an appointment, I do like to keep Wednesdays and Sundays free but am flexible for other days. You will need to wear a mask, health permitting, and bring your own water. I can now accept payment by card or apple pay as well as cash.
I look forward to hearing from you and meeting up again.

Hello and hope you are all well.
It’s been difficult times and we all want to get back to normal as soon as possible. Unfortunately there is no date set yet for reflexology to start up again. The Association of Reflexology are canvassing for us to start ASAP. There will be a few changes when we do start treatments again, you will be required to wear a mask, bring your own water and sanitise your hands on arriving and leaving- this will be provided. You will notice soft furnishings will have been removed where possible and literature. A deep clean will be carried out between each treatment so you should feel very safe.
I do look forward to seeing you and treating you again soon. I will let you know as soon as I hear we have a start date.

A brand new Year and we want to make it the best we can so here's some tips;
To keep muscles from stiffening up build some simple exercises into your morning routine, just 10 minutes each morning before your shower will make a difference.
Drink more water throughout the day. If you like your tea/coffee you could keep an empty glass beside the kettle and fill it up and drink it whilst kettle boils.
Make vegetables the main part of your main meal and don't eat after 8pm.
Keep your Reflexology sessions regular, once a month is recommended for a good maintenance routine.

Make the changes. Don't think about it just do it and they will soon become habit
