Guests, Natalie and Heather from the South Tyneside's Healthy Minds Team will be joining our Cuppa and Cake group for parents and carers of autistic young people aged 11-18 (no formal diagnosis needed)☕🍰

Join us on Monday 16th February from 10am-11.30am at the Autism Hub, Gordon Street. Places must be booked to attend.

This session is a chance to:
-Meet members of the Healthy Minds Team and learn more about what they do
-Spend time in a safe, supportive space with families who get it
