Whats a Perfect Blend?

I have been delivering perfect blend workshops for 5 years now! From private blends, smaller groups and larger at 22 people! Ive held them in gorgeous farm houses nestled in Northumberland, orange groves in the Spanish mountains, beautiful forests and gorgeous beaches, weve blended, shared knowledge and taken our first step in carving space and time for our selves on our own terms.

Together we explore a vast selection of beautiful oils, learning about their super powers and high vibration, how to safely use and prepare your plant medcine.

Less than 100 years ago your grandma would have had a book that held healing recipes/blends, where to find and how to use healing plants, oils and much more. Passed down from her mam, and her mam before. That all important knowledge died and I really hate that weve lost that!!

Thats why youll receive your own perfect blend book to take away. Filled with helpful knowledge, how to store/prepare/ use your oils and blank spaces where you can add your own learnings.

If you are interested in moving away from fake friggen chems that are deregulating you, making your skin and scalp itch and effecting your breathing and chest, then a perfect blend workshop is a brilliant place to start.

Workshops

Mini blend 30- 45 mins £15 come blend with me in your lunch break. In this mini sesh youll create a beautiful 30ml bottle of oil, learn all about the oils you are using and then be bathed in healing frequency

Perfect Blend 2- 2.5 hours £30 - this longer session allows us time to create a more in depth experience and make a selection of oils for you to take away.

Private Blending poa - we will work together to target rhe things you want to tackle, create blends youll use thorough out the month, along with sound healing sessions to use at home and your own 12 month journal to use along the way. Totally bespoke, totally created just for you.

The Perfect Blend at the Apothecary

Come and join me in our beautiful Apothecary for a wonderful workshop.

Together we will journey through the Chakras,our first chakra will be ROOT using energy, sound therapy and of course our magical essential oils.

We will craft gorgeous bottles of plant medicine, learn about our powerful energy centers and bathe in energy and frequency.
