Williby Roc's CIC - Eco Creations Eco-friendly arts and crafts,outdoor education, mental health support groups,nature based sessions.

Here at Williby Rocs CIC, we aim to increase community inclusion to develop and use local green space for play, therapy and learning. We want to provide inspiring and engaging environmental education sessions to all, in particular socially excluded and hard to each groups. We want to support people to increase their connection to nature and provide opportunities to be part of positive community projects to boost confidence and holistic well-being. Our top priority and main focus is positive mental health and we offer support groups to help reduce isolation and increase everyone’s connection to nature and each other. People who attend our sessions will explore their imaginations and take away ideas on how to reuse everyday natural and waste items, making wonderful creations and magical memories. We will show you how to use natural resources to play and craft with which cost little or nothing to gather. We want to encourage outdoor play and discovery for everyone through fun and engaging sessions. We offer a huge range of sessions for all ages and in the past have used our skills and experience to set up outdoor mental health support groups where people learn new skills, and support one another and experience the therapeutic benefits of Mother Nature. We are constantly evolving to ensure we are delivering exactly what our local community needs and learning new skills to ensure we have everything we need to support them. We hold Enhanced DBS checks and Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million

Below ⬇️ is all information on the last Little Buds term of the year, starting the second week after the half term. 🥰

The last week of term will be a Christmas themed special 🎅🎄❄️

❄️All sessions run 9:45-11am

It’s that time of year again when we ask for conifer cuttings! Come November we will be in need of lots of it for our up coming Christmas workshops. If anyone has conifer hedging and bushes, in particular conifer hedging that is in need of cutting back (depending on size) please message us on this post or message our page. We are after soft cuttings in particular. Sending photos of it would be great!
If possible for us to do it, we will happily come and do a bit conifer maintenance for FREE! Good deal for us and for you 😊

Come along to one of our popular wreath making workshops this festive season and create your own beautiful 14in wreath, which you will decorate with a wide range of gorgeous natural foliage, woodland materials, dried fruits, pine cones, lotus, berries and other decorative items.
There's something to suit everyone's taste!
These are lovely, relaxed sessions and prefect for beginners.
With a brief demonstration at the beginning and help if needed throughout the workshop. We can guarantee you'll come away with a stunning wreath to hang proudly on your door this Yuletide!

Tea/coffee & festive nibbles included
People are welcome to bring their own alcohol.

Come along to our annual Little Buds - Pumpkin Patch where you and your children will pick your own pumpkin from our patch and get creative decorating it with natural materials in your own special way!
