Few bits from recent 1:1’s and 2:1 sessions ⚽️
They’ve all been working so hard lately to improve all areas of their game 💪🏼
We like to start off with some plyo exercises to get us moving, improve our power output and balance work, followed by some smaller drills to really refine technique before moving in to full patterns and putting everything together ⚽️
Expanding their footballing brains along the way with reasons for why and what scenarios you might do something in a game 🧠
