Snowfields Care are a new care provider based in Southampton/ Fareham/ New Forest looking for Support Workers in the Romsey area providing high quality support to an individual in their own home with a number of additional care and support needs, including:
• Learning Disabilities, Autism
We are currently recruiting in the Romsey area for Support Workers to support an individual to live as independently as they can in their own home.
Duties may include:
• assistance with personal care
• mobility assistance
• support with daily living skills
• food preparation
• support to manage finances
• promote physical and emotional wellbeing
We are looking for individuals who are honest, trustworthy and caring. All applicants must be passionate, ambitious and self-motivated. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. UK driving is desired not essential.
