When someone is truly ready for transformation, they don’t make excuses — they rise to meet it.
This truth has landed deeply for me lately.
For years, I would bend myself into all sorts of shapes to make my work “fit” someone’s circumstances.
I’d lower my prices, stretch my boundaries, or overgive my energy — all because I didn’t want someone to miss out on the healing I knew could change their life.
But what I didn’t realize at the time was this: by doing that, I was actually disempowering them.
Because when I shrink the container of transformation to fit someone’s current comfort zone, I take away their opportunity to rise.
I rob them of the moment where they meet themselves differently — where they decide, I’m worthy of this. I’m ready for this. I’ll find a way.
When we meet people at their excuses, they never have to face the patterns that keep them stuck.
They never get to feel the sacred discomfort that precedes a breakthrough.
And they never take full accountability for their own evolution.
True transformation asks something of you.
It asks you to commit.
To stretch.
To believe in yourself before you see the proof.
And that’s where the magic happens — in that moment of self-trust, where you no longer wait for the world to make it easy before you say yes to yourself.
I’ve learned that my role isn’t to convince or to rescue.
It’s to hold the standard — the energetic container — for the depth of transformation my clients are calling in.
Because when someone is ready, they rise.
They find the resources.
They make the space.
They show up — fully, courageously, and ready to meet their highest self.
And that’s the kind of client who moves mountains.
That’s the kind of woman who changes her entire reality.
So no, I no longer shrink my container to make someone comfortable.
I honour the transformation for what it is — sacred, powerful, and not meant to be watered down.
Because the ones who are ready will always rise to meet it.
