✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT - Meet Helen - loving the 6 months programme ✨
Before joining me at Good As New Body, this gorgeous lady was stuck in a rut – overeating, not exercising, at her heaviest ever and struggling with low mood and confidence.
She made the brave decision to join for 6 months (instead of a quick 3), because she was DONE with yo-yo dieting and quick fixes that never lasted. She wanted sustainable changes, long-term habits, and to feel confident she could finally keep it going.
And wow, has she done that 👏
💪 She’s completely refound her love for exercise – running, gym, weekly bootcamp, AND home workouts.
🥗 She’s overhauled her diet – prioritising protein & whole foods while still enjoying weekend treats.
⚡ She hasn’t counted calories or massively restricted herself – this time it’s felt maintainable.
👗 She’s lost over 2.5 stone and lots of inches, now fitting back into clothes she hasn’t worn for years!
