‼️‼️ We will be closed from 2pm Thursday 16th October for mandatory staff training. The surgery will reopen at 8am Friday 17th October . If you need medical attention during these closed for training hours (14:00 to 18:30 ) please call our treatment centre on 01202 443892. If you need medical attention after 18:30 please call NHS 111 or in the case of a medical emergency 999.

Our Surgery will be switching to a new online consultation tool called Systmconnect on 1st October 2025.

SystmConnect works directly with our clinical system, helping us manage your online requests more efficiently and safely. SystmConnect is easy to use and guides you through a few simple questions to help us direct your request to the right person.

The Online Consultation banner on the Surgery’s webpage will update when we move to SystmConnect. The old eConsult link will no longer work from that point.

‼️‼️ Please be aware we are expecting a planned Internet outage from 11am. This should not last more than an hour and our phone lines will still be open, however our reception and administrative teams will not be able to access any systems.
