Sacral chakra
This week, Friday 7/3/25 at 7.30 pm at Mayura Studio we'll be meditating and performing some healing in and around the Sacral Chakra using a Carnelian crystal which you get to keep and also inviting Archangel Gabriel and his healing light.
And for the second meditation, we'll be having a calm, relaxing meditation again with the orange energy of Carnelian. If you fancy going then let me know through messenger 😊

This week's lesson.
I've been working on this lesson for a long time. How often have you heard the phrase listen to your body?
Due to a cold I've been going through this week I discovered a technique that may help the communication with your body and is as simple as this. There is no mystery to this either. I was laying there Sunday morning working with the conscious and sub conscious then I thought what about body conscious... and I was giving each one a job to get me better, it was a bit like Star trek I was the captain, Spock is my sub conscious, Bones was the body conscious and together we would run this ship ie body and form some sort of communication process...Then it dawned on me. Why complicate matters with all these fancy name's when every part of you has a name...simply talk to each part of your body normally, here's an example, Hi lungs 🫁 how are you feeling today? And using your imagination what would your lungs say to you. Mine said well we're struggling today with this cold virus trying to clear ourselves but it's all good we're winning. The you (your conscious) would say "that's great, is there anything you need to help?" And they came back with...a bit of fresh air would be nice. This works both ways another example is I had kidney stones very small ones and in this case it goes like this...sit quietly and say to your Kidneys "I need you to break down these stones you have please, what do you need me to do?" And again use your imagination as to what the answer may be, mine was cut back on tea because the hard water in the kettle is causing the scaling in the water to build in the kidneys and so causing stone build up try drinking fresh orange juice or lemon to cleanse the system with natural acids. This by far is the easiest method to get in touch with your self and is a way of self love. Give it a try get yourself some me time maybe bath time or when you go to bed and discover yourself.
