This moon is here to slow us all the way down.
To call us back in to our bodies.
To remind us that the things that truly matter arenโt loud, they are felt.

If something has felt overwhelming or heavy lately, this moon is offering a moment to pause., to breathe, to soften into whatโs real and stable within you.

Ta**us is ruled by the planet ๐๐๐ง๐ฎ๐ฌ, the planet of love, softness, devotion and self value. So this Full Moon is inviting us to return to what feels steady and real.

Tonight, Iโll be working with a ๐๐ข๐ง๐ค ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ (or white) , Iโll write ๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ; one of what Iโm releasing and one for what Iโm ready to receive. Iโll burn (safely) the release list, letting the old fall away. Then Iโll hold the receive list to my heart and speak it out loud. I choose to keep this one where i can see it, most likely under a rose quartz crystal ๐.
I have always loved a candle ritual as they invite calm, focus and intention in to my day.
