Loving kindness meditation, also known as Metta, is a practice for cultivating compassion and well-being for oneself and others.
This practice typically starts by sending feelings of goodwill, love and kindness to yourself, then a loved one, a neutral person, a difficult person (might be challenging but deeply Healing) and finally all living beings.
It is rooted in Buddhist tradition and aims to foster a more loving, connected, and positive mindset.
I love to integrate Green Aventurine to this meditation practice, as it soothes emotions, promotes relaxation and a feeling of well-being.
