Southwick Community Health Day, on Saturday 21st May, is a unique community health event.

It will be the first event of its kind in Sussex dedicated to sharing our local health knowledge and expertise, to show people of all ages how to use the amazing resources on our doorstep to enjoy a healthier, happier life.

Come and speak to health experts, hear fascinating talks and get life changing advice, as well as freebies and prizes to be won.

Dear Friends!

Please put this date in your diary, Saturday 21st May, and come down to support Southwick Community Health Day.

It's our clinic's 10 year anniversary, and to celebrate we're organising an event to promote the whole town.

Our aim is to make our whole community healthier, raise the profile of the town's health businesses and services, bring loads more trade to the town... and get lots of media attention for it too!

I'd love you to come down and support us, and share this post and press release so we can help all the Southwick Traders.

Great to have Impulse Leisure involved. They'll be promoting the GP referral schemes for back pain, diabetes and obesity. This helps make exercise accessible for people who need it.
