The Art of Deep Rest – A Monthly Restorative Yoga Sanctuary
In a world that often celebrates busyness, choosing to rest can feel unfamiliar — yet in yoga philosophy, rest is not laziness, it is wisdom.
Rest allows the nervous system to soften.
It allows the mind to settle.
It allows the body to restore its natural balance.
Rest & Restore is a gentle 90-minute monthly sanctuary where you are invited to step away from the rush of life and return to stillness.
Through a nourishing blend of restorative yoga, mindful hatha flow, breathwork, mudra and guided meditation, each evening explores a different energetic theme inspired by the chakra system and the rhythms of the seasons.
These classes are designed to support:
🌿 deep nervous system rest
🌿 emotional balance and clarity
🌿 gentle energetic reset
🌿 a moment to reconnect with yourself
We close each session with a longer Savasana, meditation, or Yoga Nidra — the art of conscious rest.
✨ The series begins on Friday, 27th March 2026, with
“Returning to Earth” — a grounding Root Chakra practice to help you feel steady, supported, and deeply rooted as spring begins to awaken.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause.
Choosing rest is not selfish.
It is a conscious decision to care for your mind, body and energy — so you can move through life with greater calm, clarity and resilience.
