Founded by Martin Carey in 2011, Carey London is a dynamic business that offers clients a complete, combined construction service, but one that also provides the infrastructure and financial stability to enable its businesses to operate with confidence at the highest level. Last week, several Project we have being involved with were recognised at the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards for their outstanding site management and quality control:

All projects took home a Pride in the Job Award, with Eastwick and Sweetwater and Norhtwick Park teams also receiving a Seal of Excellence.
It is great to work with clients who show professionalism and pride in what they do every day. It was brilliant to see these projects get rewarded for they great work that has being carried out on them thus far.

The St Ann’s project for our client is progressing very well, with plans to deliver up to 995 new homes. Notably, 60% of these will be affordable, with dedicated options for older women and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
All the stair cores on the blocks were constructed in jump form with the stairs brought ahead of the floors providing a safe access to the workface utilising the permanent stairs. Balconies are a fair faced so were pre-cast constructed on site and lifted into place to help with maintaining floor turnarounds and providing consistency in the finish of the concrete balconies. Concrete works on Blocks C1, C2 & C3 are now complete and we push on looking to complete concrete on D1, D2 & D3 before the Christmas Holidays.
 
We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety on-site, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all workers.
We look forward to seeing the project continue to advance and showcasing the finished product!

We're excited to announce the successful completion of the Alperton project for our client Telford Homes!

This development includes the delivery of 461 new homes with high-quality residential and commercial spaces. Carey London was contracted to carry out the drainage, groundworks, and construction of three RC Frame Towers, ranging from 21 to 28 storeys.

We are grateful for the support of our client, suppliers, and the dedication of our team.

We're excited to share some significant progress across all plots of the Dagenham Green project:

Plot A: The construction team has completed the ground floor for all five blocks, providing a solid foundation for further construction.
Plot B: We’ve reached level 12, marking the halfway point of its vertical construction, and demonstrating steady progress.
Plot C: will be be completed within the next couple of weeks, with final touches and inspections underway.
Essential External Works: Adoptable drainage systems and road construction are well underway around Plots A and B, ensuring the overall accessibility and functionality of the site as the project moves forward.
