⛷️ We took our series to the top of Cairngorm with the brilliant team at .norwest this Friday, and what a morning it was.

From the slopes to the summit, it was an incredible morning of energy, freezing temperature, and our Graham’s Protein products to fuel the way down.

💙 A calm pause in a busy week.

Last week we enjoyed a lovely Yin Yoga session with the brilliant - slow movement, deep stretches and time to properly switch off. Finished, of course, with a few Graham’s favourites to refuel and relax together.
