For some people, symptoms of seasonal affective disorder (SAD) can feel more noticeable or harder to manage during the winter.
But small things can help:
π΅ try some physical activity β anything that gets you moving
π΅ make the most of natural light β getting outside or sitting near windows
π΅ plan for tougher days β shifting stressful tasks or building in more rest
Thereβs also treatment available if youβre finding things really tough β such as light therapy, talking therapies or medication.
